How far in advance should I book my rental?
Grab your spot early to beat the rush! Our courses are a favorite for weddings, corporate events, and parties, so booking in advance is the best way to guarantee your date. Plus, reserving early gives us plenty of time to customize your package exactly how you want it.
How much is the down payment to reserve a rental?
To secure your booking, we require a 50% down payment, which will be applied directly to your final invoice. If your plans change, no problem—this deposit is fully refundable up to two months before your event date!
Can portable mini golf rentals be used indoors and outdoors?
You bet! Our courses work great indoors or outdoors. The only thing we need is a level surface to make sure the game plays perfectly.
Does the rental price include setup and takedown?
You’re all set! Every mini golf rental includes full setup and takedown at no extra charge. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on the fun.
Is delivery included in the portable mini golf rental price?
Delivery is free throughout the greater Lexington area! For events outside that area, contact us to discuss rates.
Is there a required damage insurance fee for rentals?
Damage insurance is optional and not included by default. Please note that any lost or damaged items will be billed at the specific replacement rates outlined in your contract.
Are there additional labor fees for mini golf rental setup?
Just a heads-up: extra labor fees may apply if the setup area is more than 50 yards from our trailer or involves navigating stairs or elevators.
Can I add extra games to my portable mini golf rental package?

Does the rental price include all mini golf equipment?
Absolutely! Every rental comes fully loaded with everything you need: putters, balls, scorecards, and pencils. We bring the whole kit so you can get straight to the game.

How much space is needed to set up a mini golf course?
A standard 9-hole course usually needs about 625 square feet (roughly 25’x25′). We’re experts at customizing layouts for unique or smaller spaces, so just share your venue details and we’ll figure out the perfect fit!
What happens if it rains on the day of my rental?
If you’re planning an outdoor event and see rain in the forecast, we definitely recommend having an indoor backup plan ready. We can often help with rescheduling depending on our availability and how much notice you give, so please reach out as soon as possible to chat about your options!
Can the mini golf course be moved after it is set up?
To keep things safe and the course in top shape, it needs to stay right where we set it up. If you need it moved or adjusted, just give us a shout and we’ll handle it for you!
Is there a limit to how many people can play at once?
To keep the game moving, we suggest groups of 4 players per hole. There’s no hard limit, so if you’re expecting a crowd, we’re happy to help you plan a schedule that keeps things flowing smoothly.
Do I need to provide anything for the rental?
Don’t worry about gear—we’ve got you covered! We provide the course, putters, balls, pencils and scorecards. All we need from you is a level surface for the setup.
